• Easy to use: The mobile app is intuitive and does not require any training. It mirrors your SpheraCloud platform, eliminating confusion with unfamiliar terms or form fields. Additionally, SAML single-sign-on functionality is supported.
• Available on any device: Whether your organization follows a strict mobile device policy or adopts a BYOD approach (Bring Your Own Device), the app caters to your needs.
• Online or Offline: Employees and contractors can log incidents and conduct audits irrespective of their online connectivity status. Essential details like location, date, and time are automatically recorded, and users can also include photographic evidence. For Windows computer users, offline functionality is available. Data synchronization with the SpheraCloud platform occurs once an internet connection is restored.
• Enhanced Awareness: The mobile app is built to facilitate reporting, fostering employee engagement, and boosting reporting rates. Improved visibility enables informed decision-making to mitigate risks and minimize incident occurrences.
